Fall is here!

Fall is in the air and this is the best time to be outside. We recently went to an apple orchard and pumpkin patch with Makaia. She picked out her "great" pumpkin and we will carve it later this week...which I am sure will be a complete mess and I am guessing that she will be eating pumpkin seeds.

Makaia is just now starting to walk more than crawl. She wants to constantly walk holding our hands (but is has to be both hands!) and loves to climb up and down stairs or any kind of obstacle that requires climbing. She will no longer sit in shopping carts or highchairs...we strap her in and next thing we know she's standing with the buckle around her ankles! Quite the little stinker. Her personality is really starting to shine. She is starting to understand words that are associated with objects, which makes her seems like such a big girl.
